The newly completed Mattamy Sports Park finished Phase 2A in November 2024. This phase includes seven full-size tennis courts, each adaptable for tennis or pickleball, all enclosed by a 3,900 m² air-supported structure. The scope of work for Phase 1 included grading, the installation of a major stormwater management system, a cast-in-place concrete grade beam, asphalt courts with Har-Tru surfacing, and a netting system for each court. Additionally, the complex features a 95-space parking lot, landscaped areas, and outdoor lighting.
