This fast-track design build project required a team approach to gain approvals from all authorities having jurisdiction including Region of Peel, TRCA and City of Brampton Planning & Engineering departments. The project required storm water management as well as water servicing with upgrades to existing watermain systems. The dome includes underground mechanical vaults and shafts with concrete foundations on helical piles. Courts are asphalt with Har-Tru surfacing. Additional features include exterior sports lighting, 10′ ht tennis fencing, an operations compound with washroom and office facilities, new parking and landscaping. The project also includes security cameras and systems, BAS and PSN network with panels housed in a new utility building.
